I’m a Real Estate Broker and Broker in Charge in both North Carolina and South Carolina. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve navigated the intricate world of real estate, specializing in buyer and seller representation, property management, corporate leasing, and broker/agent supervision and education.
 
My passion for real estate was ignited early on, inspired by my parents who were always motivated by their love for helping and meeting new people. Their dedication and respect for hard work left a lasting impression on me. As I carved my own path, I discovered the thrill of negotiating deals, exploring neighborhoods, and assisting people of all walks in turning houses and ideas, into homes.

Broker in Charge: I am a leader in a local boutique firm, assisting my own clients, and overseeing agent activity while educating to ensure exceptional service to our clients in all facets of the profession.

Property Management: As an owner of a successful property management company, My Husband and I manage high end rental properties in and around the Charlotte area and the Upstate of South Carolina to ensure the protection of our client’s investments, and also helping procure housing for those who are in search of the perfect home.

I cherish my role as a mother to two wonderful children: Lily, my artistic and inspired daughter, and Beau, my adventurous and athletic son. My husband, Drate Banks, is my rock and partner in life who navigates all of the Real Estate, Parenting, and life adventures right along with me.
